We hit a weird spot. How can we keep our love living?
Now, I realize that my girlfriend and I are both young still, I am only 18 and she 17, but I strongly believe that we are soul mates. how can i get him to 'feel romance' toward me?
So I am a guy, 16, and there is another guy I like, 16.
He’s my best friend, and he is 100% out of the closet, and he knows about my drunken behaviors/almost-hookups in the past, while I am publicly straight (I’m bi so it’s not a total lie :P)

A week passed by and I was REALLLLLYYY starting to enjoy the idea, and we went to the movies with a friend and the whooole time we held hands it was really sweet, but he was also kind of being bitchy, but still touching my hand and stuff, and I knew he was unsure.
So I texted him like "you really don’t want this to happen, do you?" and he was like "yeah i do! i just don’t feel romance toward you, so it won’t work", and then we had a week of school and I saw him there, and then winter vacation I didn’t see him at all for 2 weeks (we had plans but i fell really ill near the end of winter vacation).
school started again and that weekend we got together to work on a project, but he is a slob and so i didn’t trust him to do the project (i had already finished everything but the poster which i helped him do), and he made some comment like "blah blah blah i have to shave down there again" and i was like "whaaat really you do? sickoo!" (even though I have for years so.. hah) and he was like "whaaat it’s so normal!" and i went "i don’t believe you that’s so weird" so he went "you think? go ahead feel it, i don’t get awkward i don’t care" and so i did and i was like "oh hah that’s funny it feels like a shaved head.. uhh scalp. hahah" and then i was like brushing the bristlyness and then i was like "so if you don’t get awkward.. is THIS awkward?" and i reached further and grabbed a hold. (raging ***** btw) and i was like "looool somebody’s enjoying this!" and he was like "that’d happen if ANYBODY touched it" and i was like "whatevvv, hah" and let go/removed my hand haha
he’s brought it up later as a joke because i have a really low body temperature like "your icy hands on my dick!"
during the last week, we were driving home and i (as a joke) groped his butt and my other friend’s butt (cause i was stuck in the middle seat and i hate it hah), and he was just like "careful ;)"
then last weekend, we were hanging out and i hugged both my other best friend and him goodbye, and as we’re hugging (not in the sight of our other best friend), he grabs my *** with one hand, pulls me super close and grinds our crotches together
we hang out ALLLL the time too, and if we are in a large group on someone’s bed he’ll do things like sit against my feet to keep them warm (it’s not uncomfortable for me/him/anyone hah it just sounds weird), or if as a group we all go for a walk he’s the first to make everyone link arms (and he links mine) and holds my hand to keep it warm (because as usual, i am an iceberg)

i have no idea what to make of all this and i am so into him and i know it’s just high school and we probably won’t go to the same university but why won’t he be with me, even if it might only be for a year or it doesn’t work out?

in short: we’ve made out, i’ve felt him (hard) and he didn’t complain, he always acts like (and is) my best friend, but he doesn’t ‘feel romance’ toward me

just what should i doooooo is it my fault? is it him?

Questions on building a PC?
I will buy the I7 860 chip but the questions I have, should I go with proven, 32 bit, WinXP (limited to 4GB- which is double what I have now with much faster speed overall) or go with potentially buggy and incompatible 64 Win7 with 8gb. I want Win7- being the latest and greatest but most programs only run in 32 bit anyway and 4gb ram should be enough for day to day use. I really do not want any issues that some seem to be having with 64/Win7 (e.g., freezes, blue screens, etc.). Is it hard to slipstream service Pack 3 into my install of my old XP disc?

Whoa whoa whoa… WTF are you talking about? Windows 7 is not buggy nor is it incompatible. I’ve been running it for a few months now with no freezes or blue screen. If anything, Windows XP is more buggy and incompatible with Windows 7. Windows 7 is awesome!

Also, you can only use 4 processing cores on Windows XP, which means your i7’s hyperthreading cores will all go to waste unless you’re running Windows 7.

Windows 7 is the obvious choice. You’d be stupid to stick to a dying OS.
